“Truth to the limits of the elites": Conversation with Prof. Santiago Arboleda Quiñonez

Abstract

The reports and legacies of the Truth Commission of the year 2022, although they have provided inputs for the achievement of new research and understanding of the reality of Colombia, have been a mechanism little analyzed in its political and methodological dimension. In this conversation with Professor Santiago Arboleda, a reference in Afro-Colombian intellectual thought, some questions about the commission are recorded, mainly about the volume “Resistir no es Aguantar” in its treatment and understanding of the dimension of racism in the social, political and warlike reality of the country.
